Half Day Stress management workshop 11-16 years old
This workshop is very popular with my lovely Teen group. We will dive into Stress management techniques using Yoga, Meditation, Breathing technique, Awareness practices, Progressive Relaxation Techniques, aspects of CBT and Mindfulness.

About The Event
This is half day workshop for Teens to help them to understand what is stress, how it impacts their life, what they can do to manage the stress the best possible way, learning about Self love rather than Self harm and use powerful techniques of Yoga, Meditation, CBT - mindfulness based, Breathing techniques, Self Massage and in this workshop we will practice some basics of Thai - Yoga massage in pairs, and some pair work included since these are most popular within my group. Extremely popular classes for children suffering with anxiety, isolation, sensitivity, mild depression.
This workshop includes snack - fruits refreshment during mindful eating practices.
