About The Event

Classes are Held via Zoom. Students are guided to experience Mind-body medicine. There is a deep work with subconscious mind to experience thoughtless moments, understanding bio chemical reactions within the body, experience stillness within the movement and on Tuesday early morning we are focusing on work with Prana through pranayama. We are working deeply with breath awareness underrstanding incorrect breathing patterns and imprints on our physical body and organs and we are learning to unlearn , therefore correct the breathing patterns. Janis Phillipson I love Eva's zoom yoga class because it gives me something to look forward to, a routine and an opportunity to do something positive for myself during the day. I definitely notice a difference after a class in that my mind is calm, yet focused and I feel more relaxed. Eva is so encouraging, knowledgeable and passionate about Yoga. She understands how challenging it is to have calm thoughts /slow down/be non judgemental /not to be target driven and through her teaching I can work on what I find difficult and allow myself to be where I am. Eva teaches breath work which is wonderful, I can do it anytime of the day and when we are practising together I don't feel like we are rushing through a series of postures just to get them done. Eva gives a range of adjustments and I can try most postures, although sometimes I may have to stop and rest  earlier than I would like which is perfectly fine. However, this is where I feel Eva's teaching  has made a difference to me I am more accepting and forgiving of myself and I can 'witness' how I am reacting and let myself 'be'. Eva encourages feedback and when I have fed back she responds with such enthusiasm that I want to keep on trying. I think Eva classes work on so many levels. Her teaching highlights the subtle, yet powerful impact of the relationship between the mind, the body and the breath.
