Oxytocin that is produced when massaging children, benefits both child and parent and those near by, helping everyone to feel calm and relaxed
This is a wonderful opportunity for a Parent and Child to reconnect through meditative approach and techniques of Yoga, Breath work, Massage techniques and Relaxation.
These sessions are absolutly loved by all the Children/Teens I teach. Children crave contact and massages. For years I have been teaching Yoga, There was not a single class, where children would not ask me If we could practice massage and pair work.
Come to find a power of touch, healing energy of connection, breath flow and deep relaxed state of mind.

What you need is couple of blankets
soothing light - you can use lanterns if you made some, candles, incense or essential oils Yoga mats with a bit of space around you Eye pillows if you have any Warm Space to connect Laptop to sign in for Zoom
