About the event
In this first session we will go deep to find out about your Goal in the therapy, we will look at realistic approach to your goal,and address any questions you might have about your treatments. We will agree days and times of your treatment and I will explain in details how the therapy works. Â I will tailor my approach to support you as per your need, Â to help manage the stress and anxiety to give you
empowerment focused support to change negative thoughts into positive beliefs using an evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. You will also experience your fist Hypnosis.Â
