What is Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH)?

I am offering Evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy based on psychological research on Hypnosis and suggestion.

This therapeutic approach is a mixture of talking therapy (CBT) and Hypnosis.

With the aspect of CBT I focus with my clients, on how their thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect their feelings and behaviour and I help my clients to learn coping skills, to deal with their issues, worries, stress or anxiety.

In within the therapeutic approach of CBH (Cognitive behavioural Hypnotherapy, I use techniques such as ACT (Acceptance , commitment therapy), REBT (Rational Behaviour Therapy), Core believe, Stress management techniques, Exposure therapy, Mindfulness based approach and many other CBT techniques as per the needs of an individual client.

Cognitive behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) combines CBT with Hypnosis to give clients the tools for Stress and Anxiety management in their daily life.

CBH helps clients change the way they think, the way they feel about themselves and the world around them and that will have an effect on how they act and behave. In Hypnosis the mind is deeply relaxed , undisturbed by thoughts, one pointed and focusing on hypnotic suggestions to help clients to deal with their issues, stress , anxiety and help them to achieve their goals. This evidence based approach, will have a positive impact on the client's life and it can be a life changing, deeply transformative experience.

Hypnosis will allow clients to take these positive changes deeply within, embody them, and experience profound transformation in their life. Awareness and freedom, confidence, self efficacy and more joy from daily living are the byproducts of CBH.

I work with adults but also with children/teens.

Sessions are also available on Zoom.

What to expect:

If you would like to take it further from there, I will send you an Initial consultation and health assessment forms via email and we will proceed from there to our first session of assessment and conceptualisation -  75 min 

 

In this first session, we will look deeply into an issue you are dealing with, I will answer any questions you might have about treatments, CBT approach, strategies and copying skills or Hypnosis.

 We will look at the goal of the therapy, agree how many sessions would work the best for you and I will draft Treatment plan for you. 

 

Once we are clear on your goal, and you are happy with your treatment plan, we will then sign a therapy contract and proceed with treatments.

The number of sessions will depend on the individual.

4-6 sessions are recommended, however it can be anything between 4-12 sessions.

Prices & Packages

  • Sessions are 75min long and prices are between £80-£120 for session.

  • There are packages available at a discounted price, if you book more sessions in.
