Tailored to your needs to help you to manage the stressful time of profound changes in your body. We will not only address changes in your physical body and help you to release accumulated tension, but we will equally focus on emotional and psychological changes including mood swings, hot flashes, loss of confidence, feelings of decreased womanliness.

This package will be tailored to your individual needs. Package includes in depth assessment and conceptualisation during consultation, Massage therapy , Breathing techniques and Cognitive behavioural Hypnotherapy to treat specific anxiety, stress or sleep issues.

If you are putting up with too much for too long it can impact all areas of your life, including your career, your relationship and your health. Stress will make it hard to cope with all the demands of life. This can place immense demands on your physical and mental health and affect your behaviour, performance and relationships with colleagues. This package will be tailored to help you to reduce the Stress and anxiety as per your individual needs through Cognitive behavioural Hypnotherapy and Stress management and resilience techniques.

This package will help teens to manage their stress and anxiety . Individually tailored as per the need. Exam stress can cause teenagers to feel anxious or depressed and this might affect their sleeping or eating habits. Teenagers might be worrying they will embarrass themselves or say the wrong thing which can develop into anxiety of speaking or performing publicly. This can develop into fear that others will notice they are anxious.Excessive use of social media can have a negative impact on teenagers and their self esteem. In this package, we can work together on social anxiety, performance anxiety, exam stress, low self esteem with the use of Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Relaxation techniques.

This package will help you change negative thoughts into positive belief about yourself. Anxiety doesn't have to control your life. Empower yourself by changing the negative beliefs into positive beliefs. Assertiveness can help you express yourself effectively and stand up for your point of view. Being assertive will help boost your self esteem, earn others respect and help you with stress management. Assertiveness training is a must. Whether you are dealing with relationship issues or work issues, you need to stand up for yourself, ask for pay rise assertiveness will raise your confidence.

SMART goal setting will provide you with direction, constant source of motivation, give you clear focus and provide control over your life which will boost your confidence.
