Yoga at Prairie Gardens - Art of giving

Following the last year, we decided to repeat this charitable event and rise money for a good thing. Come and join us for Practicing yogic techniques in the fresh air, enjoying the scent of flowers from wonderful Prairie gardens to support the people of Ukraine. 

This is a charitable event and all the income will go to support people in Ukraine. 

There is a huge need for humanity to wake up and hold each other in these difficult times. We should especially do that for young generation.

My gratitude goes to Pauline from wonderful Prairie Gardens, who contacted me with this idea of raising money for Ukraine and here we come with this event. Together we can hold hands and support each other. Without this support, the change in this world will not be possible.

I would like to welcome you all, and tell you, I am very much looking forward to practicing Yoga with you, with a focus not only on our Immune system but also an awareness. More conscious we are, more evolve we can become.

And in that evolution we should all unite and hold the hands.

We will work with Body, Breath and Mind equally, by using different techniques of awareness. Come and join us to practice Yoga in absolutly stunning Prairie Gardens.
