Stress Managment for Teens

For 11-16 year olds, six weeks term

Service Description

In these classes teens are guided to release accumulated tensions, understand how stress and anxiety works and using techniques to manage strong influences from outside with minimum damage. Focus is resetting the breath with different breathing techniques, awareness practices, meditation, yoga postures with awareness, deep relaxation.
